Ted Glasrud

Partner

Ted Glasrud is CEO and a Partner of Sotarra. He also serves as President and Chief Manager of Opportunity Advisors, the general partner of several affiliated investment funds (the Opportunity Partners Funds) which have invested successfully in value-add real estate since 2007. Ted has orchestrated numerous acquisitions, financings and JV partnerships for Sotarra and its predecessor, The Excelsior Group, where Ted served as President for several years. Over the course of his 30-year career, Ted has had direct responsibility for over $2 billion in transaction volume. Ted holds Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Engineering degrees from Duke University.

Kim Culp

Partner

Kim Culp is a Partner of Sotarra as well as a board member of the Opportunity Partners Funds. Kim has more than 40 years of experience developing, managing and leasing residential and commercial properties. Kim was a founding partner of Sotarra’s predecessor, The Excelsior Group. He also previously served as Principal and President of The Shelard Group and was a founding partner and President of Century Bank. Kim currently serves on the board of directors for Ryan Companies. He has also served on the board of directors for Cote Family Companies, CommonBond Communities, Catholic Charities, Benilde-St. Margaret’s, and Common Hope.
